Curating the compass in holiday homes, from humble coastal boltholes to some of Cornwall’s most exclusive properties complete with pools, hot tubs and games rooms, every house we work with is selected carefully. We look for places with a strong sense of setting, design integrity and a feeling of ease. Houses worth travelling for. We take the time to understand how your house works — season to season, room by room. From presentation and pricing to guest fit and care on the ground, decisions are made thoughtfully, with the long term in mind.

Our service is straightforward and well-handled. A small team means clear points of contact and consistent oversight. We’re involved, responsive and flexible, without being intrusive. Standards are high, but the approach is low-key.
We work closely with trusted local partners and trades and we’re present on the coast year-round. That local knowledge matters — not just in managing homes, but in protecting them.

Our Ethos, Giving Back
We give back to the place we belong. 5% of all of our profits are donated to local housing charities to help with accommodation for local families.
We work with a small, trusted network of people on the ground — from housekeeping and gardeners to window-cleaners and maintenance — and make a point of looking after them properly. Everyone we work with is paid fairly, at a minimum of 50% above the national living wage, and treated as part of the Edge Escapes team. It means consistency, care and standards that hold over time as well as a happy crew.
